What you'll need
Add the DAWN® Golden Genoese Base, water (1) and vegetable oil to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 1 minute and then medium speed for 4 minutes. Then, on slow speed, steam in water (2) and Strawberry Compound. Scrape down thoroughly and mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed.
Deposit at 40g into red cupcake cases.
Bake in a deck oven at 170°C for 21-23 minutes.
When fully cool, decorate the with Strawberry Frosting and then fill the middle with Strawberry Delifruit. Optional - Decorate with white chocolate curls.
