Toffee / Caramel Fudge Pieces
Add the DAWN® Golden Genoese Base, water (1) and vegetable oil to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 1 minute and then medium speed for 4 minutes. On slow speed, steam in water (2) and Caramel Compound. Scrape down thoroughly and mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed.
Deposit at 40g into yellow cases.
Bake in a deck oven at 170°C for 21-23 minutes.
When fully cool, using a star tube, pipe a ring of Toffee Frosting around the top and then fill the middle with Apple Delifruit. Decorate with toffee or caramel fudge pieces.
