What you'll need

Vegan Banana Cupcakes

Directions

- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

- Mix on slow speed for 1 minute and for a further 2 minutes on medium speed.

- Deposit @ 60g into cupcake / muffin cases.

- Bake in a deck oven at 170ºC for approximately 30 minutes.

Maple Frosting

Directions

Mix the Pure Canadian Maple Syrup into the Dawn® White Cake Frosting to create a delicious maple frosting.

Assembly

  • Make a small hole in the centre of each cupcake using a skewer.
  • Pipe a small amount of Pure Canadian Maple Syrup into each hole.
  • Place the maple frosting into a piping bag fitted with a star tube and pipe swirls / bulbs onto each cupcake.
  • Decorate with a banana chip and a drizzle of Pure Canadian Maple Syrup.

Additional Info

Tip:

Pure Canadian Maple Syrup should preferably be amber in colour for its rich taste.
