Vegan Black Forest Gateau Brownies

Cake Brownie Batter


 - Place all ingredients in a bowl fitted with a flat beater and mix on slow speed for 4 minutes. 

- Add the Chocolate Chunks and the Delifruit into the batter and fill with it a baking tray (60 x 20cm).

- Bake at 190°C in a deck oven or 160°C in a fan oven for approximately 35-40 minutes.


  • Once the brownie has cooled, cut in slices or squares.
  • Spinkle almond flakes on the top to decorate.
