Add the DAWN® Dark Devils Chocolate Cookie Base and butter to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 3 minutes. (You could also use DAWN® Prairie Vanilla Cookie Base). Add the 70g water and mix on slow speed until a dough has formed. Add the chocolate chunks (if required) and blend in on slow speed. Form the dough into 60g pucks.
Bake in a fan oven for 11-12 minutes at 160°C.
Heat DAWN® Fondant Sublime to 35°C, mix until smooth and then add the 100g water and mix in thoroughly. Dip 1/3 of each cookie into the icing. Place 1 DOBLA® Green Holly Leaf (with Berry) decoration onto each cookie.
