Add the DAWN® Extra Moist Muffin Base - Plain, water and vegetable oil to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed and then 3-4 minutes on medium speed.
Add the California raisins and mix on slow speed until fully incorporated.
Deposit at 110g into mushroom muffin cases.
Fill a disposable piping bag with DAWN® Cinnamon Spread. Cut 2cm off the end and then inject 10g into the centre of each muffin and another 10-15g in a spiral pattern on the top of the muffin.
Bake in a deck oven at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.
Once cool diagonally pipe the tops of the muffins with warmed DAWN® Vanilla Glossy Icing, and finish with a few more California raisins.
TIP: For an alternative taste and finish the tops can also be glazed, or spread with DAWN® Cream Cheese Frosting.
