Add DAWN® Golden Genoese Cake Base, water (1) and veg oil to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 1 minute and then 4 minutes on medium speed.
Add the water (2) and continue to mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scape down and mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed.
Deposit at 40g into various colour cupcake cases. Bake in a deck oven at 170°C for 18-20 minutes.
While the cupcakes are cooling, place your frostings into piping bags fitted with deep star nozzles. You can use the DAWN® Vanilla Frosting and mix it with food colouring to create other colours.
When the cupcakes are completely cool, decorate with different frostings using a reverse swirl (starting from the centre and working outwards).
Roll out lengths of green sugar paste to represent flower stems.
NOTE: The flowers can be all one colour (e.g. Red, to form a bouquet of roses)
YIELD: Approximately 41 cupcakes @ 40g
