Spread the tart bases with a thin layer of the Delifruit Classic Blackberry. Heat the Delicream Lemon to 45°C in a saucepan stirring continuously or in a microwave stirring occasionally. Pour the heated Delicream into the tart cases and give a little shake/tap to level out the filling. Place into the fridge until set firm.
Place the Silvia Fruit Tart Covering and water into a bowl fitted with a whisk and mix on slow speed for 1 minute and then 4-5 minutes on fast speed. Place the meringue topping into a piping bag fitted with a plain tube and pipe a swirl on one half of the tarts.
Using a blow torch, brown the swirl of meringue and then top with a Dobla® decoration. Place a fresh whole blackberry on the other half of the tarts to finish.
