Pumpkin Tarts


Pumpkin Tarts

COMPOSITION:

For 12 Pumpkin Cake Tarts
1. Crème Cake Chocolate Crumble

1250g Total

2. Crème Cake Batter

1875g Total

 


WORKING METHOD:

1. Crème Cake Chocolate Crumble
  • Mix all ingredients with a beater on slow speed until you get a crumble mixture.
2. Crème Cake Batter
  • Mix all ingredients with a beater for 1 minute on slow speed and 3-4 minutes on medium speed.
  • Divide the mixture and colour the batter orange in one bowl and green in the other bowl.

ASSEMBLY:

  • Press the chocolate crumble into small greased cake or muffin tins to line the bottom and sides.
  • Deposit the orange batter into the crumble tarts and then pipe the green batter into the centre of the orange batter.
  • Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Pipe DAWN® Chocolate Frosting on top of the cake tarts and decorate with sprinkles and a DOBLA® Pumpkin Orange decoration.
