SALTED CARAMEL MERINGUES

Salted Caramel Meringues

Ingredients

COMPOSITION
  • Salted Caramel Meringue Mixture
  • Cocoa Powder
SALTED CARAMEL MERINGUE MIXTURE
  • DAWN® Ovafina 40g
  • Water 200g
  • Sugar (1) 200g
  • Sugar (2) 200g
  • DAWN® Salted Caramel Fond 100g

Directions

SALTED CARAMEL MERINGUE MIXTURE

Mix DAWN® Ovafina with water.

Add sugar (1) to Ovafina mixture and whisk until firm.

Mix sugar (2) and DAWN® Salted Caramel Fond, then carefully fold into the Ovafina mixture.

ASSEMBLY

Place or portion the salted caramel meringue mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake at 100˚C for at least 1 hour.

Decorate with cocoa powder.
