Mix DAWN® Ovafina with water.
Add sugar (1) to Ovafina mixture and whisk until firm.
Mix sugar (2) and DAWN® Salted Caramel Fond, then carefully fold into the Ovafina mixture.
Place or portion the salted caramel meringue mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 100˚C for at least 1 hour.
Decorate with cocoa powder.
