Directions

 

Add DAWN® Prairie Vanilla Cookie Base and the butter to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 3 minutes.

Add the water and continue to mix on slow speed until a soft dough has formed.

Form the dough into 60g pucks.

Bake in a rack oven at 150°C for 10-12 minutes.

While the cookies are cooling, make up some pink coloured frosting usingDAWN® Vanilla Frosting and red food colouring. Place the frosting into a piping bag.

Cut each cookie in half and then pipe a line of pink frosting around the curve of each half.

Place mini marshmallows into the frosting on one half to form a row of teeth and then place the other half of the cookie on top.

Roll out small pieces of white sugar paste to form fangs and then place them into the frosting on the top cookie.

Finish by brushing the ends of the fangs with red food colouring.
